That is scary Sharon! I deal with insomnia too and have tried pretty much everything. I recently read a very interesting article by a Doctor who takes 60 mg of melatonin each night, and touts it for being very good for you in a lot of areas including preventative for cancer. I just started taking the 60 mg myself and it does seem to help me sleep longer. Just a thought?
